Mangalam Worldwide Limited (MWL) announced that Acuite Ratings & Research Limited has reaffirmed the credit ratings on the company's bank facilities and assigned a rating to its debt instruments. The company's bank facilities totaling ₹251 crore have been reaffirmed with a long-term rating of ACUITE A- (Stable) and a short-term rating of ACUITE A2+. Furthermore, Acuite has assigned a provisional long-term rating of ACUITE A+ (Stable) and a short-term rating of 'B' to Mangalam Worldwide Limited's Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) with a quantum of ₹100 crore. The rating letter for the bank facilities is valid until June 4, 2026, and will be re-issued on June 5, 2026. The rating letter for the NCDs is valid until February 17, 2027, and will be re-issued on February 18, 2027.
