Marine Electricals (India) Limited has announced the discontinuation of its investor relations consultancy services provided by United Branding Solutions (UBS). This decision, effective from 3rd June 2026, was made following a mutual understanding and a reassessment of the company's business requirements. The company had previously disclosed the appointment of UBS as its investor relations consultant on 02 June 2026. However, the engagement has now concluded, and UBS will cease to provide its services from the aforementioned date. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
