This campaign, which started on April 01, 2026, and will run until July 09, 2026, is being conducted in accordance with a letter from the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The company urges shareholders who have not claimed their dividends or have not updated their Know Your Customer (KYC), bank mandate, or nomination details to contact the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, M/s Bigshare Services Private Limited, or the company directly. The primary objective is to ensure shareholders update their details and claim any unpaid/unclaimed dividends to prevent them from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF).
