Madhya Bharat Agro Products Limited (MBAPL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a domestic marketing arrangement with Yara Fertilisers India Private Limited. The agreement focuses on marketing and selling MBAPL's agri-inputs through Yara's extensive distribution network. Under the terms of the MOU, agri-inputs will be marketed and sold according to mutually agreed commercial terms. There is no upfront payment involved in this arrangement. MBAPL anticipates a meaningful revenue contribution from this strategic tie-up, which is expected to benefit customers through assured supply and enable the company to expand its market presence.
