Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director due to advancing age, with his resignation effective from the close of business hours on March 3, 2026. Mr. Dixit, who has been with the company since its inception in April 1993, cited his age of 82 as the reason for stepping down, stating it has become difficult to cope with the organization's current needs. In response to this vacancy, the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, the current Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective from March 4, 2026, subject to the approval of the company's members. Upon his appointment as Managing Director, Mr. Aradhye will cease to hold the positions of Whole Time Director and CFO, effective from the close of business hours on March 3, 2026. Furthermore, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective March 4, 2026. Mr. Aradhye, aged 69, has been with Menon Bearings since January 31, 2019, and possesses over 50 years of experience in various business functions. Mr. Ghatge, associated with the company since 2020, brings over 35 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Both newly appointed officials are not debarred from holding directorships by any SEBI order or other authority.
