Menon Bearings Limited announced significant leadership changes following a Board meeting held on March 3, 2026. Mr. R. D. Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director, effective close of business hours on March 3, 2026, due to advancing age. He has served the company for nearly 33 years. Following Mr. Dixit's resignation, the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, the current Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective from March 4, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. Upon his appointment as MD, Mr. Aradhye will cease to be the Whole Time Director and CFO from the close of business hours on March 3, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 4, 2026. Mr. Aradhye brings over 50 years of experience, while Mr. Ghatge has over 35 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
