Menon Bearings Limited announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026. Mr. R. D. Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director, effective close of business hours on 03.03.2026, citing advancing age as the sole reason for his departure. The Board, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, currently the Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from 04.03.2026, and is subject to the approval of the company's members. Upon his appointment as Managing Director, Mr. Arun Aradhye will cease to hold the positions of Whole Time Director and CFO, effective from the close of business hours on 03.03.2026. Furthermore, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective from 04.03.2026. The company has affirmed that both Mr. Arun Aradhye and Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge are not debarred from holding the office of director by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority. The Board meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 12:30 P.M. Mr. R. D. Dixit, who has served as Managing Director since April 1993, expressed gratitude to the directors, staff, and employees for their support over the years.
