Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director, effective at the close of business hours on March 3, 2026, citing advancing age as the sole reason for his departure after nearly 33 years with the company. Following Mr. Dixit's resignation, the Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, the current Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from March 4, 2026, and is subject to the approval of the company's members. Upon his appointment as Managing Director, Mr. Aradhye will cease to hold the positions of Whole Time Director and CFO. Additionally, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective March 4, 2026. Mr. Aradhye, aged 69, has been with the company since January 31, 2019, and possesses over 50 years of experience in various business functions. Mr. Ghatge, who has been with the company since 2020, brings over 35 years of experience in financial management and accounting. Both appointees are not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
