Menon Bearings Limited announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on Tuesday, 3rd March 2026. Mr. R. D. Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director due to advancing age, with his resignation effective closing business hours on 03.03.2026. Mr. Dixit, who has been with the company since inception in April 1993, cited his age of 82 as the reason for stepping down, stating it has become difficult to cope with the organization's current needs. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, currently the Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, effective from 04.03.2026, and is subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Aradhye will cease to be the Whole Time Director and CFO effective 03.03.2026. Furthermore, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective 04.03.2026. The company has affirmed that both Mr. Arun Aradhye and Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge are not debarred from holding the office of director by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority.
