Dixit has resigned from his position as Managing Director, effective close of business hours on March 3, 2026, citing advancing age as the reason for his departure after nearly 33 years with the company. The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Arun Aradhye, the current Whole Time Director and CFO, as the new Managing Director. This appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from March 4, 2026, and is subject to the approval of the company's members. Consequently, Mr. Aradhye will cease to be Whole Time Director and CFO effective March 3, 2026. Furthermore, Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective March 4, 2026. The company has affirmed that both Mr. Arun Aradhye and Mr. Chandrakant Ghatge are not debarred from holding the office of director by any order from the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other authority.
