Mindteck (India) Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Pradeep K from his position as Senior Vice President – Human Resources. His last working day with the company is scheduled to be July 02, 2026. Mr. Pradeep K has stated that his resignation is due to his willingness to pursue interests outside the organization. He confirmed that there are no other reasons for his departure beyond those mentioned in his resignation letter dated May 06, 2026. The company has formally intimated this change to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
