Modis Navnirman Limited has been appointed as the developer for the redevelopment of "New Chitra Co-operative Housing Society Ltd." in Kandivali West, Mumbai. This project involves the demolition of the existing 14-storey residential tower, constructed over three decades ago, and its replacement with a modern, premium commercial-cum-residential tower. The project, spread across approximately 2,300 sq. meters, is expected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹160 crore. The new development will feature thoughtfully planned residences, curated commercial spaces, and modern amenities, enhancing the living quality for existing members with larger homes and improved specifications. The redevelopment will incorporate sustainable features such as energy-efficient systems, rainwater harvesting, fire-safety enhancements, and smart building technologies. Strategically located in Kandivali West, the project benefits from strong social infrastructure and connectivity.
