Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons, including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, and their connected persons. The closure commences on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and the financial year ending March 31, 2026. During this period, the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of all designated persons and their connected persons will be frozen for trading in the company's securities, as per SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting to consider and approve these audited financial results in due course.
