Sampat Marketing Company Pvt Ltd acquired 9,30,000 equity shares on 24th February 2026. Additionally, Ilex Private Limited purchased 9,00,000 equity shares on 25th February 2026. These disclosures were made in accordance with Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company has submitted the required disclosures in Form 'C' to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited for their records.
