Mufin Green Finance Limited has issued a clarification regarding a press release dated March 1, 2026, concerning its empanelment with the Government of Assam. The Assam Society for Comprehensive Financial Management System, under the Finance Department, has issued a Letter of Intent (LoI) to Mufin's partner, InstaPe Synergies Pvt Ltd, for provisional empanelment. This empanelment, facilitated through a consortium arrangement, is for offering Earned Salary Advance and Salary-linked Credit facilities to regular Government employees of Assam. The execution of a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is contingent upon successful end-to-end technical integration with the State's Financial Management Information System (FMIS), completion of User Acceptance Testing, and confirmation of operational readiness by the Finance Department. The company is currently undergoing the technical integration process with the State FMIS (FinAssam/IFMIS). Mufin Green Finance has stated that it will make an appropriate disclosure or press release upon the successful execution of the MoU, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
