Muthoot Capital Services Limited has successfully completed a securitization transaction, raising ₹88,67,74,554 (Rupees Eighty Eight Crores Sixty Seven Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty Four only). This funding was achieved through the assignment of Two Wheeler Loans receivables totaling ₹93,54,91,079 (Rupees Ninety Three Crores Fifty Four Lakhs Ninety One Thousand and Seventy Nine only). The transaction, which involved multiple tranches, was executed on March 02, 2026. This marks the sixth securitization or direct assignment transaction undertaken by the Company during the Financial Year 2025-26. The assigned loan pool consists entirely of non-priority sector assets and was structured in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Reserve Bank of India.
