These appointments are effective from January 30, 2026, and are a result of organizational structure changes. Mr. Pran Kishore Koul, the new Commercial Services Organization Head, brings over 37 years of experience in various commercial functions. His expertise includes strategic procurement, contract management, and risk management. He holds a Postgraduate degree in General Management and professional qualifications in Tax Regulations. Mr. Sachin Grover has been appointed as Vice President - GEN AI Initiatives. With over 28 years of experience in technology and learning innovation, he has been instrumental in the growth of StackRoute, NIIT's skilling business. He specializes in digital talent transformation and AI-driven learning architectures. Mr. Vijay Kumar Srinivasan, the new Chief Technology Officer - Stackroute Labs, possesses over 33 years of experience in technology and business transformation. He has held various leadership roles at NIIT, focusing on learning solutions and enterprise transformations, and has been involved in the development of key platforms like Cloud Campus.
