This declaration is made in accordance with Regulation 31(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The promoters further confirmed that as of March 31, 2026, no shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Limited were encumbered or pledged by them.
