Orbit Exports Limited's board of directors, in a meeting held on July 7, 2026, approved a buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares. The buyback will be conducted through the tender offer route at a price of ₹250 per equity share, payable in cash. The total amount for the buyback is set at a maximum of ₹27.60 crore (₹27,60,00,000), representing 9.88% and 9.16% of the company's latest audited standalone and consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2026, respectively. The buyback will involve up to 11,04,000 equity shares, which is 4.16% of the total paid-up equity share capital as of March 31, 2026. The company has fixed July 15, 2026, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the buyback. Saffron Capital Advisors Private Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Buyback. The Board has also formed a Buyback Committee to oversee the process. Notably, the promoters and members of the Promoter Group have expressed their intention not to participate in this buyback. The pre-buyback shareholding pattern as of June 30, 2026, shows promoters holding 66.05% of the equity shares. In addition to the buyback, the board also approved the appointment of Mr. Omprakash Jat as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective July 07, 2026.
