Orient Green Power Company Limited has announced that its step-down subsidiary, Clarion Wind Farm Private Limited, has had its bank loan facilities rated by India Ratings & Research Private Limited. India Ratings has re-affirmed the rating for existing bank loan facilities amounting to ₹399 million (39.9 million rupees), reducing from ₹2,893 million (289.3 million rupees), and assigned a rating to new bank loan facilities of ₹7,820 million (782 million rupees). Both facility ratings are "IND BBB-/Positive". Furthermore, India Ratings has revised the outlook for these facilities to "Positive" from "Stable", reflecting the expectation of sustained operational and financial performance in the near term.
