The Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited (OMDC) has announced a change in its board composition. LIC of India, through a communication dated May 29, 2026, has appointed Shri Prafulla Jaipuria as its Nominee Director on the Board of OMDC. Shri Jaipuria, who is the Secretary General of the Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai, will represent LIC in place of Shri TR Mallick. The Board of Directors of OMDC approved this appointment through a Resolution by Circulation on July 7, 2026. The company has provided disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, confirming that there are no disclosed relationships between the new director and other directors of the company.
