The meeting was held on Wednesday, June 03, 2026, at 05:00 P.M. IST, conducted through both video conferencing and physical modes. During the meeting, the Chairperson welcomed the members of the CoC. The agenda items, as outlined in the notice for the meeting, were deliberated upon by the Committee, along with other matters presented to them. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with sub-clause 16(g) of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations. The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against Osia Hyper Retail Limited was initiated on April 29, 2026.
