Oswal Solar Energy Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oswal Pumps Limited, has received an order worth approximately ₹39.40 crore (including GST) for 7.46 MWp Grid Connected RTS Plants. The order, awarded by M/s Swashakthi Energy, is for the Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of these solar plants, along with 5 years of Operation & Maintenance, for 3,729 SC & ST Consumers through Utility Led Aggregation (CAPEX) Mode in APDISCOMs under the PM-Surya Ghar: Mufti Bijli Yojana. This strategic win marks Oswal Pumps' entry into the rooftop solar segment and participation in a key government initiative. The company's Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Vivek Gupta, expressed confidence in executing the project, highlighting its role in advancing India's renewable energy transition and diversifying the company's market segment. The Union Budget's increased allocation for the PM Surya Ghar scheme further supports this venture.
