Pakka Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Mayank Jindal as the Business Head, a Senior Management Personnel of the company. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in their respective meetings held on April 7, 2026. Mr. Jindal's appointment is effective from April 9, 2026. He brings over 35 years of extensive experience in the pulp and paper industry, with a strong background in integrated manufacturing and global exposure. His previous roles include significant contributions at organizations such as JK Paper in India, Double A in Thailand, and PT Toba Pulp Lestari in Indonesia. Mr. Jindal, an alumnus of IIT Roorkee with a Bachelor's degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering, has a proven track record in building and enhancing large integrated pulp and paper operations. His expertise covers mill operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement, aimed at driving efficiency, scale, and performance. Pakka Limited stated that Mr. Mayank Jindal is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is not debarred from holding any directorial office by any SEBI order or other authority. The company also noted that his brief profile is attached as per SEBI regulations.
