The collaboration will initially focus on offering Blue-Zone's Phoenix Deltasorb® waste anesthetic gas capture systems to PCC's customers in Europe, specifically in France and Germany, pending European regulatory approval. Blue-Zone will manage the supply and use of these systems in healthcare facilities. PCC will then process the captured waste anesthetic gas using Blue-Zone's technology to produce Sevoflurane USP for human use in Canada. The parties anticipate expanding this initiative into additional geographies.
