PNB Housing Finance Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Jain as the new Chief Strategy Officer of the Company. This appointment is effective from June 03, 2026. Mr. Jain brings over 18 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, with expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, Collections Strategy, and Governance. His background includes a proven ability to establish risk frameworks, modernize operations through digital transformation, and utilize data analytics for predictive insights. He has held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Tata Capital Ltd, Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd, Piramal Finance Ltd, Aditya Birla Finance Ltd., Dhanalaxmi Bank, Reliance Capital, and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Academically, Mr. Jain holds a Master's in Business Administration with dual specialization in Finance & Human Resource Management from MDS University, Ajmer, where he was a Gold Medalist. He has also completed executive programs from ISB, Hyderabad, and IIM Bangalore, focusing on Enterprise Risk Management. His educational background also includes a B.Com from MDS University, Ajmer, and various leadership programs from the Tata Group.
