PNC Infratech Limited has announced that it has emerged as the L1 (First Lowest) bidder for an EPC project awarded by the Lucknow Development Authority in Uttar Pradesh. The project involves the construction of a 4-lane flyover with two loops and two ramps at the Shaheed Path Intersection, on the RHS bank of the Gomti River in Lucknow. The quoted price for this project is ₹194.40 Crore. The project is to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. The estimated completion period for this contract is 24 months from the date of award. This is a domestic order awarded by a domestic entity. The company has also informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company by designated employees and connected persons has been closed, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
