Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Limited (POCL) has announced the opening of a Special Window for the transfer and dematerialization of physical securities. This initiative, in line with SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13111(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/I/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026, will be active for one year, from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. The window is available for physical securities that were sold or purchased before April 1, 2019. It also covers transfer requests previously rejected or not processed due to documentation or procedural deficiencies. Securities successfully transferred through this window will be credited to the transferee in demat mode and will be under a one-year lock-in period from the date of transfer registration, prohibiting further transfer, lien marking, or pledging during this time. Cases involving disputes between transferors and transferees, or securities transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), are excluded from this special window. Eligible shareholders are advised to submit their original security certificates, Share Transfer Deeds, Client Master Lists (CML), and other required documents to the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s. Cameo Corporate Services Limited, in Chennai.
