Precot Limited has announced the incorporation of its new wholly owned subsidiary, "Precot Holdings Limited," in Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This move was previously approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on September 2nd, 2025. The subsidiary's registered office is located at 805, Oxford Tower, Business Bay, P.O.Box 126436, Dubai, UAE. The primary objective of Precot Holdings Limited is to engage in international business and investments both within and outside the UAE, in accordance with Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority Offshore Companies Regulations. It will function as a holding company, with the capacity to incorporate, acquire stakes in, or own other companies and commercial entities globally, as well as own freehold property. Precot Limited will hold a 100% stake in this new subsidiary. The incorporation documents were received by Precot Limited on July 9th, 2026.
