PVR INOX Limited has announced the completion of its divestment of its entire shareholding in its subsidiary, Zea Maize Private Limited (ZMPL). ZMPL owns the brand “4700BC”. The sale of 93.27% of the paid-up equity share capital of ZMPL to Marico Limited was finalized on January 29, 2026. Consequently, Zea Maize Private Limited is no longer a subsidiary of PVR INOX Limited, effective from January 29, 2026. This announcement follows up on a previous intimation dated January 26, 2026, where the company had approved the sale and entered into definitive agreements for the transfer of shares.
