R R Kabel Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Kamaljeet Kaur as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), designated as Senior Management Personnel. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors through a Circular Resolution, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mrs. Kamaljeet Kaur's appointment is effective from 9 March 2026. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management specializing in Human Resource Management. She brings over 22 years of extensive experience across Automobile, Infrastructure, FMCG, and Renewable Energy Sectors. Her expertise includes corporate and plant-level HR, Industrial Relations, and Administration. She has a proven track record in leading Strategic HR, organizational transformation, developing leadership capabilities, digital HR, and building high-performing teams. Prior to this role, Mrs. Kaur served as CHRO for Gensol and Sterlite Power Transmission and has worked with companies like Jubilant Foodworks and HDFC Bank.
