The face value of each share is ₹10, with an issue price of ₹100 per share, including a premium of ₹90. Following this acquisition, Race Eco Chain Limited's ownership stake in Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited remains unchanged at 51%. The subsidiary, Ganesha Recycling Chain Private Limited, is engaged in the recycling business and was incorporated on September 10, 2024.
