Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced the appointment of Shri Manoj Kumar Pandey as Executive Director (Electrical). This appointment is effective from March 2, 2026, and he will be considered part of the company's Senior Management Personnel. Shri Pandey is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) from the 1999 batch. His extensive experience includes six years at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) with a focus on locomotive manufacturing, and 12 years in construction and railway electrification projects. He joined RVNL on February 28, 2020, and has been instrumental in bidding for domestic and international projects. His appointment is for a term until superannuation.
