The company had previously disclosed this matter in its filing dated 14th August 2023. The disputed levy of excise duty, amounting to ₹1.60 crores, has now been dropped by the Original Authority. This decision was communicated via an order received by the company via email on 3rd June 2026, at 17:41 Hrs. Following this development, The Ramco Cements Limited confirms that there are no similar disputes currently pending with statutory authorities.
