REC Limited has announced the cessation of Shri Narayanan Thirupathy as a Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Director on its Board. His appointment, made by an Order dated March 3, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, was for a period of three years. Consequently, in accordance with the Ministry of Power's Order dated March 3, 2023, Shri Narayanan Thirupathy's tenure concluded on March 2, 2026. He ceased to be a Director of REC Limited effective March 3, 2026. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
