Refex Industries Limited (RIL) has secured a significant order for Ash Transportation services to be utilized at the construction sites of road projects. These projects are associated with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and other Central or State Government road construction departments, including PMGSY Road Projects. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity based in Maharashtra and encompasses the scope of supply and services for Ash Transportation. The contract is to be executed within a period of 12 months. The broad consideration for this order is approximately ₹20.94 Crore. RIL has confirmed that neither the promoter, promoter group, nor any group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded this contract, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
