The execution of this order is scheduled to be completed by February 2026. The company has confirmed that neither the promoter nor any group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order, and it does not fall within related party transactions. Saatvik Green Energy Limited was formerly known as Saatvik Green Energy Private Limited and is part of the Saatvik Group.
