For the full fiscal year 2026, the company reported Revenue from Operations of ₹631.16 crore, a 4.6% increase from ₹603.59 crore in FY25. EBITDA for FY26 stood at ₹32.02 crore, a decrease from ₹43.18 crore in the previous year, resulting in an EBITDA Margin of 5.07% compared to 7.16% in FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for FY26 was ₹23.41 crore, down from ₹30.58 crore in FY25, with a PAT Margin of 3.71% against 5.07% in FY25. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 was ₹5.89, a decrease from ₹7.72 in FY25. In the fourth quarter of FY26, Revenue from Operations was ₹133.53 crore, slightly lower than ₹136.35 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA for the quarter was ₹4.24 crore with a margin of 3.17%, down from ₹9.16 crore in Q4 FY25. PAT for Q4 FY26 was ₹3.34 crore, compared to ₹7.02 crore in Q4 FY25, with a PAT Margin of 2.50%. EPS for the quarter was ₹0.82. The company highlighted a strengthened cash position, with cash and cash equivalents increasing by over 50% to ₹69.93 crore as of March 31, 2026. The company maintained its debt-free status throughout FY26. Trade receivables reduced to ₹72.42 crore and inventory was reduced to ₹120.69 crore, reflecting improved working capital management and efficiency. Net worth increased to ₹194.66 crore as of March 31, 2026. Mr. Shankar Dulhani, Chairman & Executive Director, commented that FY26 was a year of steady progress despite a challenging environment, with a focus on strengthening business foundations. He noted the resilience of the business model and customer relationships. The company is also building a direct consumer-facing presence through its retail initiative, complementing its wholesale leadership. He acknowledged that profitability was impacted by higher procurement costs and pressure on gross margins but expressed confidence in long-term growth potential. Looking ahead, he anticipates weaker demand conditions and a cautious market environment but remains confident due to strong business fundamentals.
