This cancellation was communicated to SEPC Limited by TCIL via a letter dated March 03, 2026. This follows an earlier intimation by SEPC Limited on February 07, 2026, regarding the receipt of the LOI. The company is currently undertaking appropriate steps in response to this development and will provide further updates to the stock exchanges as material developments occur, in compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
