Sheetal Cool Products Limited convened an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, February 5, 2026, commencing at 12:00 noon and concluding at 12:15 p.m. The meeting was conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with relevant circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI. The primary business deliberated was the issuance of up to 8,40,000 (Eight Lakh Forty Thousand) Fully Convertible Warrants by way of Preferential Allotment on a Private Placement Basis to Non-Promoters. The meeting was attended by Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Bhupatbhai Dakubhai Bhuva, Whole-time Directors Mr. Dinesh Kumar Dakubhai Bhuva and Mr. Sanjay Dakubhai Bhuva, Independent Directors Mr. Ajaykumar Vipulbhai Mandanka, Mr. Kiranben Nileshbhai Gajera, and Mr. Vijay Bhagwanbhai Desai. Also present were Company Secretary & Compliance Officer Ms. Rajshri Manoharlal Indoria and CFO Ms. Jinal Rameshchandra Naria. A total of 30 shareholders were present, forming the requisite quorum. Shareholders were informed about the availability of venue voting for those who had not cast their vote through remote e-Voting. The results of the e-Voting are to be disseminated to the stock exchanges and uploaded on the company's website and NSDL within two working days of the EGM's conclusion. Mr. Nayan Prafulbhai Pitroda, a Practicing Company Secretary, was appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-Voting process. The detailed voting results will be submitted separately in the format prescribed under clause 44(3) of SEBI LODR Regulations.
