The notice for the AGM, along with the integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26, has been dispatched to members electronically. Shareholders have the facility to cast their votes remotely via e-voting from Tuesday, July 28, 2026, 9:00 AM IST, until Thursday, July 30, 2026, 5:00 PM IST. The cut-off date for determining voting rights is Friday, July 24, 2026. The company has also fixed Friday, July 17, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend, if approved at the AGM. The final dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after August 31, 2026.
