Shree Rama Multi-Tech Limited has announced the commencement of commercial production from a new Tubing Machine at its plant in Moti-Bhoyan, Kalol. This new machine, equipped with the latest technology, will enhance the production capacity for Lamitube products. The company has completed the necessary trial runs and has started producing tubes of various sizes and dimensions effective from June 3, 2026. This capacity addition is expected to contribute to an increase in both the topline and bottomline of the company in the coming years. The proposed capacity addition is 45 Lakhs Tubes per month, representing a 6% increase in capacity. This expansion is planned to be completed within the second quarter of FY 2026-27. The company will invest ₹10 Crore for this expansion, which will be financed through internal accruals. The rationale behind this expansion is the consistent good demand for their products and the desire to tap into growing market opportunities.
