Furthermore, the Board has designated Ms. Juhi Khandelwal as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. Ms. Juhi Khandelwal, aged 32, is a Company Secretary by profession from Ahmedabad with 10 years of experience. She is not related to any Directors or KMP of the Company. Her appointment is in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
