Siti Networks Limited has announced a change in its statutory auditors. M/s. Vijaya Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants, have been appointed as the new statutory auditors of the company. This appointment is for conducting the statutory audit for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27, as well as limited reviews for Q3 and Q4 of FY 2025-26 and Q1 to Q4 of FY 2026-27. This change comes after the resignation of the previous auditors, M/s. DNS & Associates, Chartered Accountants. The appointment of Vijaya Gupta & Co. was approved by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) under Section 28(1)(m) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, as the company is currently undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) pursuant to an order dated February 22, 2023. M/s. Vijaya Gupta & Co., established in 1977, is a chartered accountancy firm with over 45 years of experience, specializing in banking, corporate, and regulatory domains. The appointment of Vijaya Gupta & Co. is effective from July 6, 2026.
