Stanley Lifestyles Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Mukesh Sharma as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective April 8, 2026. Mr. Sharma brings over 15 years of extensive experience in corporate compliance and legal matters. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a PGDBA in Finance from Symbiosis, Pune. His expertise includes IPOs, listing compliances, ROC filings, FEMA, and FDI regulations, as well as legal drafting and vetting. Prior to joining Stanley Lifestyles, Mr. Sharma held positions at Stumpp Schuele & Somappa Springs Ltd., Trimetro Garments India Pvt. Ltd. (EPIC Group, MNC), Tracxn Technologies Ltd., and Kilburn Chemicals Ltd. His appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
