The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STC) has announced a change in its Directorate. Ms. Anoopa Shankarankutty Nair, who was serving as Director (Finance) on the Board of STC Limited, will cease to hold this position upon completion of her tenure on June 4, 2026 (Afternoon). Ms. Nair's appointment as Director (Finance) was initially for a period of one year from the date of taking charge, or until further orders, whichever was earlier. This appointment was made by the Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, via an order dated May 20, 2025. The Board of Directors of STC Limited had approved her appointment effective June 5, 2025.
