The State Trading Corporation of India Limited (STCINDIA) has provided clarification regarding discrepancies in its financial results submitted on February 11, 2026, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company informed the National Stock Exchange (NSE) that the Earnings Per Share (EPS) figure was inadvertently reported as ₹0.00 instead of the correct standalone figure of ₹2.76. STCINDIA submitted a clarification letter to NSE on March 13, 2026, detailing this error and requesting that the EPS of ₹2.76 be recorded. Subsequently, NSE, via an email dated March 17, 2026, directed the company to submit revised XBRL standalone financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025, with the corrected EPS details. Accordingly, the revised XBRL standalone financial results were submitted to NSE on March 18, 2026, through the NEAPS application (App No: 145517). The company has received confirmation from NSE regarding the filing of these revised results. STCINDIA has requested that this clarification be taken on record.
