Studds Accessories Limited has submitted its annual declaration by the Promoter and Promoter Group under Regulation 31(4) read with Regulation 31(5) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The declaration pertains to the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026, covering the period from the company's listing on November 7th, 2025, to March 31st, 2026. Sidhartha Bhushan Khurana, Managing Director and Promoter, on behalf of himself and the entire Promoter Group, has declared that no encumbrance was created or made, directly or indirectly, on the equity shares of the Company held by them during the specified financial year. The Promoter Group collectively holds 2,43,02,320 shares, representing 61.75% of the total paid-up capital. A detailed list of Promoters and members of the Promoter Group, including those with NIL shareholding and persons acting in concert, has been provided as Annexure A.
