Sundaram Finance Limited announced that pursuant to the stock options granted in 2023 under the Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2008 (SFESOS), details of stock options exercised have been provided. Under Grant 15, which was initially granted on 26.05.2023, options were exercised on 3rd June 2026 and 4th June 2026. A total of 8 option holders exercised their options. One holder exercised 15 options on 3rd June 2026, and seven holders exercised 513 options on 4th June 2026. The company has taken necessary steps to transfer the equity shares from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust to the demat accounts of the respective option holders.
