Suratwwala Business Group Limited announced that its subsidiary, Suratwwala Natural Energy Resource Private Limited, has been awarded a 15 MW AC EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis order by M/s. Bondada Engineering Limited. This order contributes to a cumulative capacity of 45 MWAC. The EPC contract involves the design, engineering, supply (excluding PV modules), unloading, erection, testing, and commissioning of a 15 MWAC solar power plant. This project is part of the MSKVY 2.0 scheme for the solarization of a grid-interactive distributed agriculture feeder in Maharashtra, India. The commercial consideration for this order is ₹19 Crores, exclusive of GST. The contract has a completion timeframe of 12 months from the mutually agreed-upon work schedule. A performance guarantee and a bank guarantee, each at 5% of the total contract value, are required. Neither the promoter nor any promoter group or group companies of Suratwwala Business Group Limited have any interest in Bondada Engineering Limited, and this transaction does not fall under related party transactions. The contract execution date by the subsidiary was April 8, 2026.
